This College and Career Development unit is a dynamic, student-centered curriculum designed to equip middle and high school participants with essential skills for success after graduation. Through interactive activities, participants explore their identities, values, and interests while aligning them with potential career paths. They also develop practical skills in public speaking, goal setting, and time management. By incorporating interactive elements, the curriculum creates engaging learning experiences that prepare participants to confidently navigate their future academic and career pursuits. Future Ready supports participants in investigating and mapping out their college and career paths. This unit includes counseling standards and social and emotional learning.
