Martial Arts

Welcome to our afterschool martial arts program where we combine the disciplines of boxing, mixed martial arts, yoga, strength and conditioning training to provide students with a comprehensive and engaging experience. Our classes are designed to teach kids valuable life skills such as self-discipline, self-respect, and courage while offering a safe and constructive outlet within the afterschool setting.


Our experienced instructors understand the importance of physical education and have carefully curated a curriculum that integrates elements of traditional martial arts with modern training techniques. This combination allows students to develop well-rounded skills while improving their physical fitness and mental focus.

During our martial arts classes, students can explore various martial arts styles, including boxing, yoga, and mixed martial arts.

They will learn fundamental techniques such as punches, kicks, and grappling moves, while also understanding the importance of proper form, body mechanics, and footwork. In addition to technical training, students will use strength and conditioning exercises tailored to enhance their physical fitness, endurance, and agility.
